Papi Crepes

Ingredients

  • 350g Warm kefir
  • 0.5 tsp Baking soda
  • 2 Eggs
  • 0.5 tsp Salt
  • 2 tbsp Sugar (or less)
  • 250g Flour
  • 350ml Boiling water
  • 3 tbsp Vegetable oil

Method

  • The kefir must be warm or at room temperature.
  • Add baking soda to the kefir, mix well, and let it sit for 6 minutes.
  • Then add eggs, sugar, and salt. Mix everything well.
  • Add sifted flour and mix until there are no lumps.
  • Pour in the boiling water and mix everything quickly.
  • Add vegetable oil and mix well.
  • You can start frying the pancakes immediately.
  • Preheat the pan well before adding the batter.
  • Once the pancakes are cooked, brush them with melted butter and Pistachio Papi.
