350g Warm kefir
0.5 tsp Baking soda
0.5 tsp Salt
2 tbsp Sugar (or less)
350ml Boiling water
3 tbsp Vegetable oil
The kefir must be warm or at room temperature.
Add baking soda to the kefir, mix well, and let it sit for 6 minutes.
Then add eggs, sugar, and salt. Mix everything well.
Add sifted flour and mix until there are no lumps.
Pour in the boiling water and mix everything quickly.
Add vegetable oil and mix well.
You can start frying the pancakes immediately.
Preheat the pan well before adding the batter.
Once the pancakes are cooked, brush them with melted butter and Pistachio Papi.
