Papittone Instructions



  1. Unwrap your Papittone
    Slip it out of the bag and get ready to create something sexy.
  2. Slice it down the middle
    Just a clean cut to reveal those beautiful sourdough pockets inside and cut off the piece you like.
  3. Warm up that Papi
    Pop the piping bag in the microwave for 15 seconds to get it nice and oozy—careful, it might be hot!
  4. Snip & Squeeze
    Hold the bag by the top, snip about 1cm off the tip, and watch out: Papi’s ready to flow.
  5. Time to drizzle
    Squeeze your Papi all over the Papittone, pressing down the bag to get that perfect, even layer.
  6. Wrap it up
    When you’ve had your fill, seal up your Papittone and store the piping bag to keep it fresh for the next round.
